Dickschicht-Leistungswiderstände Vishay DTO25, SMD
Die Leistungswiderstände Vishay DTO25 besitzen ein Dickschichtelement und Anschlüsse aus verzinntem Kupfer. Sie bieten einen großen Widerstandsbereich von 0,016 Ω bis 700 kΩ. Diese Serie ist nicht induktiv, und der Widerstand bleibt von der Metalllasche isoliert. Mit AEC-Q200-Qualifikation sind diese Leistungswiderstände von Vishay für den Einsatz in der Automobilindustrie geeignet.
